The above video is amazing. This is the first time the Hayden has ever been filmed laughing hysterically. We've worked long and hard to capture this footage. The laugh of the Hayden is quite elusive and usually vanishes in flash when the camera comes out. This footage was filmed in his natural habitat right after a fresh diaper was applied. Enjoy! (And if this doesn't make you smile you better check your pulse cause this is stinkin' hilarious!)

Prayers needed

I am freaking out! (although it did help after I talked to Dr. Chris ~ Zach's cousin) I hate being sick and/or having anything wrong with me. My blood pressure has been high for a couple of years now. I was on medication before I got pregnant with Hayden. If you remember, Hayden was induced because of my blood pressure. It was so high the doctor was concerned and induced four hours later. Okay so there's the basic background. Here is what is happening now. Lately I have been dizzy and lightheaded. So I have been checking my blood pressure again. It has been high. We scheduled a doctor's appointment last week. He was concerned about me being young with high blood pressure so he scheduled an EKG, chest scans, and blood work. I was also put on a low dose beta blocker for the blood pressure to help try to lower it. I am supposed to be keeping track of it for two weeks until my next appointment. All tests came back okay except for the blood work. He didn't like some of the results -something is possibly wrong with my liver. So he has ordered more blood work to find out what is going on. I had the blood drawn this afternoon. If you know me you know I am HIGHLY afraid of needles. She stuck me, and didn't get the vein, she wiggled it around THREE times. I thought I was going to die. So then she finally pulled it out and tried the other arm. Not good for me!! So the main thing about this huge post is that I would REALLY appreciate your prayers. This could be something or it could be nothing. I am going for the nothing part but we will just have to see.

On a happier side we are going to be able to see some good friends this weekend. We are going to Arlington. Saturday morning I will get to see some of my previous students!! I miss them lots. Lots of plans/people to see in one day. There is no way we will get to everyone so I guess we will just have to go back or you know YOU people could come and see us!! :)

long time no see

Okay so we both are at work and are not blogging as much as we would like to so tonight is the night for updates!

Hayden is doing great!! We are loving every day of being parents. He enjoys his sitter Mrs. Misty ALOT. So do we. She is wonderful and we were very blessed to find her! He has his first "sick" day. He just wasn't feeling good but never ran a fever. Daddy stayed at home with him for 1/2 day and then picked him up early one day. He is doing much better now, not sure what was wrong.

I love my students in my class. I have NO behavior problems at all. Very talkative but I can handle that!! I am still trying to learn and adapt to the curriculum/procedures.

This week I haven't been feeling very well. I get dizzy and lightheaded. I have been checking my blood pressure and it has been high. So, we went to the doctor today. He put me on some medication and ordered lab work, chest x-rays and EKG. Kind of made me a little nervous about getting all of those done. We called Dr. Chris and found out that is normal procedure on hypertension patients, especially under 40. That made me feel better. So a follow up appointment in two weeks and we will see what is going to happen.

PS Happy 3 month birthday Hayden. Can't believe he is already three months old! Time has flown by.

GREAT NEWS!

We just found out that Chris and Becky are having a little GIRL in January! YEAH YEAH YEAH! We are so excited for their family and we know Coralyn will be a great BIG sister. She showed that in Branson with Hayden. She was taking care of her and it was so much fun to watch. Congratulations!
